I think £50 fitted is a good price. Any cheaper and we need to post it on here and they will get good custom from us. I might be needing a couple later this year...

Hi Stu,

Just for everone's info, I have also been looking for prices for Yoko A539 165/60R12's over the last couple of weeks.
I rang four local places and these are the prices I got quoted.

Prices are for a pair, supplied, fitted, new valves and balancing.

Fareham Tyre and Exhaust £131
Protyre £135.04
Denmead Tyres (Yoko Dealer) £131.60
Ace Tyres £130

So, as you can see, there is not a lot of differance in most places, so if someone is getting them for £50 fitted Well done !!

I can't beleive how much these have gone up by recently ??!!
Yes, I know you could always buy from a show, but then you still have to pay for fitting etc and that puts the price up around the same area as if they supply them in the first place !! I got caught out with this last time I bought some.

Hope this is helpful to some.

yes! I'm getting them for £50 fitted... that's a friend's favour discount from my brother-in-laws mate, are horndean tyres.

Having said that... SEtyres in farlington quoted me £50 fitted.... and there's no discount there. (I'd rather give my money to a local private business)

Paul, £130 for two is £65 for one, unless I am very much mistaken. So that IS a big difference. When you compare that with £39 each from a show, you could get a set of four tyres for £160. I bet you can get wheels fitted and balanced somewhere for less than a tenner....But still, £50 each fitted is a good price
